Lindsay Lohan’s little sister shocked fans with her new, more adult look.Despite debuting a drastic new look, Ali Lohan insists that she has not gone under the knife.
Lindsay Lohan’s 17-year-old sister stepped out recently sporting a significantly thinner frame and gaunt facial features. Many fans speculated as to whether the teen had undergone plastic surgery as part of her new gig with NEXT Modeling Agencey.
“Alaina has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, nor has she ever considered it,” her rep Steve Honig said in a statement. “Her success as a model lies with her natural looks and she has no interest in changing that. During the past two years, she has gone through a normal teenage growth spurt that has made her taller and slimmer.”
"It has also slightly changed the composure of her face, all of which is typical of what happens to kids in their mid to late teens," Honig added. "It’s what most people refer to as the awkward stage. Ali is growing up; that’s all."
In August, Ali announced that she had signed a multiyear contract with top-tier agency NEXT Model Management.
“In fashion, Ali will set herself apart as a bona fide icon,” NEXT director Alexis Borges told E! News. “One that fashion fans will follow not because of their famous last name, but because of the beautiful images and fashion trends she is helping create.”
Ali joins NEXT reps Miranda Kerr, Jamie King, Milla Jovovich and Molly Sims. She previously posed for Lindsay’s fashion line, 6126, in summer of 2011.
