Kelly Osbourne Slams Christina Aguilera, Kate Middleton (Video)

Kelly OsbourneThe E! Fashion Police co-host called the songstress "fat," and criticized the Duchess of Cambridge for reusing outfits.

Kelly Osbourne is on a fashion-fighting roll.

The daughter of Ozzy Osbourne has been dropping fashion un-friendly advice all over the airwaves, taking jabs at both Christina Aguilera and Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.

On E!’s Fashion Police, the 26-year-old host went after Aguilera for her outfit at an event in Munich, Germany last month.

"Maybe she is just becoming the fat b--ch she was born to be. I don't know.”

Osbourne, who has spoken out about her own challenges with finding a healthy weight, continued her jabs at The Voice judge. "She called me fat for so many f--ing years," Osbourne continued. "So you know what? You're fat too."

The feud between Osbourne and Aguilera has deep-seated roots. At 2003's MTV Europe Music Awards, the network aired a segment that showed Aguilera throwing darts at a picture of Osbourne. "I didn't realize it was still Halloween," Aguilera said after she walked out onstage.

Osbourne went on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Wednesday, where she criticized Kate Middleton’s fashion decisions.

Middleton, who is often praised for her fashion choices, was seen at the wedding of Princess Anne's daughter Zara Phillips in outfits she had worn before.

"In England they're like, 'Look how thrifty she's being, showing the British public that the royals are in a recession as well'," Osbourne said on the show.

"Well, I'm sorry but if I had that job I would only wear it once," she continued.

"If I am going to be the future bloody Queen of England I'm gonna wear that dress once because I'm giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy, at least I can get a new dress every day," said Osbourne.

Kelly Osbourne, Madonna in Fall ‘11 ‘Material Girl’ Clothing Line Push

Kelly Osbourne

Madonna’s “Material Girl” is not just a pop song that ruled the charts in the 1980s, it’s a clothing brand for tweens.

The joint venture between the singer and Iconix brand group (MG Icon) announced Wednesday that Kelly Osbourne will take on an even bigger role in the line as the year unfolds (it's Osbourne's second year with the brand).

“We have both enjoyed working with Kelly and are thrilled to have her on board for the launch of the Fall 2011 collection," said Madonna (and her daughter Lola), per a press release.

A multi-media marketing campaign kicks off in September to increase awareness of the brand, with fashion and lifestyle magazines such as Nylon and Teen Vogue among the first ad buys for the brand.

"I'm really enjoying being the face of Material Girl,” said Osbourne, who will also make personal appearances on behalf of Material Girl at select Macy’s stores later this year.

“I love having the opportunity to work with Lola who has an amazing fashion instinct,” she continued. “Madonna has been a big influence on my style over the years," Osbourne added.

Print advertisements for the fall line are heavily New York-centric (the campaign is dubbed "MG+NYC") and feature Osbourne in a series of ads shot in well-known Manhattan locations.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne Selling Their Hidden Hills Estate for $12.999 Million

Osbournes House Exterior 2011

Rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon, co-host of CBS's The Talk and and a judge NBC's America's Got Talent, have just listed their 6 bedroom, 11,000-square-foot mansion in California's Hidden Hills community for $12.999 million. Their neighbors in the area include Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.

The couple purchased the house in 2007 for $12.388 million and engaged Million Dollar Decorators interior designer Martyn Lawrence-Bullard for a country-house redo incorporating everything from Victorian-era barn doors and French antiques to Sharon's collection of English tea sets. The house was featured in the June 2011 issue of Architectural Digest. “I get itchy feet. We’ve never stayed in any place longer than seven years," Sharon told the magazine.

The house sits on 2.25 acres and includes mountain views, a guest apartment, formal dining room, foyer with spiral staircase, a kitchen featuring Wolf appliances, a master suite with a stone fireplace, pool, gym and library. More photos are available at Realtor.com.The couple also have their Malibu house on La Costa beach on the market for $9.5 million.

The Real Estalker website, however, estimates that it is unlikely the Osbournes will turn a profit on their Hidden Hills sale: "Even if the Osbournes manage to secure a full price sale — and what's the likelihood of that? — they might squeak by with a sliverish profit once they fork over the fat real estate fees that by our unscientific estimation could easily run upwards of half a million smackers. And that's not counting the high renovation and day-core costs that surely ran well upwards of a million clams."
