Alicia Silverstone Explains Baby's Unique Name

Alicia Silverstone raised some eyebrows last month when she named her newborn baby boy Bear Blu.

Now she's opening up about why she gave her first child with husband Christopher Jarecki such a unique name, which actually was suggested by Jarecki's mother.

"We had narrowed our list to five boy names, and then we couldn't really decide," she told Us Weekly. "he suggested Bear or Blu, and I loved them both.

Silverstone added that most people find the name "super cute."

As for Jarecki, Silverstone added that he's been a hand-on father.

"He's great at changing him and giving baths, and he massages him a lot," she said.

The bay was born May 5, and Silverstone announced the news a few days later on her blog.

"We are all three in love!" Silverstone wrote at the time. "I'm so grateful to this community for all the love, support, good wishes and happy vibes you've sent me during my pregnancy ... it has been wonderful. Thank you all!"

Silverstone and Jarecki wed in 2005.

Linda Evangelista Reveals the Identity of Her Baby's Father is Salma Hayek's Husband

Model Linda Evangelista has kept the identity of her four-year-old son, Augustin James Evangelista, a secret. But, now court papers reveal it’s French fashion industry billionaire and actress Salma Hayek’s husband, Francois-Henri Pinault.

According to the New York Post, Evangelista appeared in Manhattan court Thursday to settle a child support agreement with her son’s father who court papers revealed to be Pinault.

Evangelista, a former Victoria’s Secret model, has denied reports that her son was fathered by Pinault – who happens to have a second child of the same age with Hayek, daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault.

The supermodel dated the Frenchman in 2006 when he was reportedly separated from the Mexican actress. Pinault and Hayek's engagement went public in 2007 and they married in 2009.
